Remote access control: ARGO - GATE
Argo is a remote control system for Money Changers and Cross-Changers that allows real-time monitoring from afar of each machine in your installed inventory. We constantly update and improve ARGO to make it more efficient, reliable and intuitive.
By GPRS connection to the web, this system allows to check each machine’s accounts data, cash availability, service status and geo-localization, directly from your PC (by the renewed responsive ARGO Portal) or from smartphone and tablet (by Alberici ARGO App - iOS and Androd). Moreover, the Live Positioning of your installed machines, becomes more intuitive thanks to the different colours given to the dedicated markers, which keep you informed about the machines’ service status. Machine synchronization is automatic without user intervention.
ARGO allows to easily and safely control the data referring to all installed inventory, optimizing refill, collecting and maintenance procedures: through intuitive charts cash-handling of each machine will be easier allowing you to allocate your resources to the best.
With ARGO it is possible to create and manage more than one hierarchy of sub-users from the same main account. Unproductive “out of service” periods shall be cut off, and the whole managing process will turn more profitable.
Acces ARGO through the website www.alberici-argo.net or the top-right button in this website, by subscription and activation of the Hermes GPRS-GSM / GPS Module. Every interface module must be provided with a SIM-card containing data traffic credit.

Argo allows to safely control the installed machines in detail:
Accounting
It allows to verify the performance of the machines: for each of these it is possible to display the dispensed and collected amounts of notes and coins, as well as the amount of the cancelled residual credits. It also allows to control the amount of the automatic refills carried out.
Service status
It checks whether the machines or their components are working or are out of service, as well as the availability of money, so as to find out straight away any need for refilling or collecting cash.
Peripheral devices
It gives access to the list of all peripheral devices of the machine: for each of these it is possible to know the real-time status of service and connection. It points out any need to refill the dispensing peripherals.
Refill procedures
The Libra electonic scale records any change in the hopper contents. It is therefore possible to track the related date and time, the amount variation and every abnormal shortfall that has not been produced by specific commands from the machine.
