Evolution II
Evolution is a multi-denomination ccTalk disk-driven hopper, with a combined magnetic and dimensional detection system which allows an accurate recognition of the coin denominations.
It is equipped with magnetic and optic sensors for an excellent counting accuracy: sensors are positioned so as to remain dirt-free, and strongly cuts off the need for maintenance. Add to this, that designedly positioned drainage holes help debris and liquids to get out without hampering the hopper operation.
A specific output sensor reading mode provides excellent counting accuracy, and protects the sensor against frauds and cheat attempts.
It can control CD5 S, CD3S or CD2 S intelligent sorters for distributing counted coins into 5 or 3 or 2 different paths. Permanent communication between hopper and coin sorter allows to stop the counting in case of irregular outlet pattern, both intentional and accidental.
- Magnetic detection: the encoder device is used to synchronize the inductive scanning of 4 different parameters that identify the coin denomination
- Dimensional detection: a special twin-sensor lever measures the coin diameter
- Security double check: reading of doubtful coins is repeated several times
