Information provided pursuant to Article 13-14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679

We hereby wish to inform you that Regulation (EU) 2016/679 provides for the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

Alberici S.p.A. processes:

In accordance with the law, all processing carried out will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

In accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR, therefore, we hereby provide you with the following information:
  1. Your personal data (personal details, telephone number and e-mail address, tax code where necessary, etc.) is collected when necessary at the start of the relationship between you/your company and Alberici S.p.A.

    The personal data provided will be subject to:
    1. in relation to contractual obligations:
      1. processing relating to the functions necessary for the preparation of offers, orders and shipments of products and services of interest to you;
      2. processing aimed at sending information communications regarding the products and services provided by Alberici S.p.A.;
      3. processing relating to the collection of payments for Alberici S.p.A. products and services;
      4. processing aimed at directing any requests from customers to your company;
      5. processing relating to the management of purchase orders, requests for offers and information on the products and services to be purchased;
    2. in relation to legal obligations:
      1. processing relating to accounting and tax regulations;
      2. without your express consent (Article 6(b) and (c) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data to public bodies, judicial authorities, as well as to all other subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law for the performance of the aforementioned purposes. Your data will not be disseminated in any case.
    3. for the legitimate interest of the Data Controller:
      1. for commercial and marketing purposes, sending newsletters and other promotional communications;
      2. for the protection of credit, communicating such data also to law firms.
  2. Please note that, taking into account the purposes of processing as described above, the provision of data for the purposes referred to in points a. and b. is mandatory and failure to provide it either altogether or in part, or provision of incorrect data, may, as a consequence, make it impossible to carry out the process of supplying products and services, and preclude Alberici S.p.A. from fulfilling your requests related to it.

  3. Processing will be carried out with manual and/or computerised and telecommunications tools, with organisational and processing logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in all cases, so as to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with organisational, physical and logical measures set out in the provisions in force.

  4. Your data may be made accessible for the purposes mentioned above:
    - to employees and partners of the Data Controller, in their capacity as persons in charge and/or internal processors and/or system administrators;
    - to third parties (e.g. providers for the management and maintenance of the website, suppliers, lenders, professional offices) which carry out activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data controllers, or if necessary to satisfy the requests or needs of the data subject.

  5. The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in Article 4(2) GDPR and, more precisely, the collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure and destruction of data. Your personal data is subjected to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.

  6. Your personal data is kept for the entire duration of the business relationship with Alberici S.p.A. and, in the case of termination of the relationship, within the terms prescribed by the applicable legislation regarding the keeping of accounting records, and beyond that time if Alberici S.p.A. deems it necessary to maintain the contact information for commercial purposes. In any case you may limit the retention terms by exercising your rights as explained under Paragraph 7 below.

  7. You may, pursuant to Articles 15 ("Right of access by the data subject"), 16 ("Right to rectification"), 17 ("Right to erasure") and 18 ("Right to restriction of processing") of the GDPR, at any time, exercise your rights:
    1. of access to personal data;
    2. to obtain the correction or erasure of your data or the limitation of the processing that concerns you;
    3. to oppose processing;
    4. to oppose data portability;
    5. to revoke consent, where necessary: revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
    6. to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (data protection supervisor).
